Rush Shipping Options
Contact our fulfillment house Toll Free at 1-866-462-6321 and they can inform you of your options. Rush shipping will be extra; it is not included in our shipping price chart.
Gift Purchases
We currently do not have the capability to include gift messages with orders or packing slips without pricing information.
Order Arrival Time
Most of our orders ship out UPS Ground within one week of receipt of the order. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for delivery of your merchandise. If the item is out of stock, there may be a delay. Any order that will be delayed in shipping for more than 5 days will be notified.
Ordering by Phone/Fax/Mail
You can place your order by phone by calling the FMFSupport Center, which has dedicated representatives ready to help you with your Feminist Online Store purchase. They can be reached at 1-866-462-6321, Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm EST. Or fax to 252-331-1728.
You can also mail your order to Feminist Majority Foundation Support Center, PO Box 1266, Elizabeth City, NC 27906. Email orders or question to fmfsupport@feminist.org.
Return & Exchange Policy
It is the customer’s responsibility to check all products immediately upon receipt.
Damaged Merchandise
A maximum 30-day merchandise return policy is strictly enforced on all products damaged in shipment and begins the day the customer receives the merchandise. Visibly damaged boxes (merchandise) should be: 1) reported to the freight company at the time of delivery and 2) at the same time refused for return to Feminist Majority Foundation’s Support Center. Any other damaged or defective merchandise must be reported to the FMF Support Center at 866-462-6321 and returned to the Support Center within 10 days of receipt.
Returns & Exchanges
All customers must receive a Return/Exchange Authorization Number from our Customer Service Department PRIOR to returning any merchandise. Returns not accepted without authorization number.
Call 866-462-632 or email FMFsupport@feminist.org to receive a Return Authorization Number.
Notification of intent to return or exchange must be made immediately upon receipt of merchandise. Please notify us immediately by telephone or fax at: (866) 462-6321 or FAX (252) 331-1728

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Only unworn merchandise may be returned.

All returns are subject to a minimum $1.65 per item return/restocking fee. The customer will have to pay for the additional shipping of the return or exchange item.

All Refunds via credit card will be posted within 14 days.

Any merchandise with dates cannot be returned post the imprint date.

A copy of the invoice must be included with merchandise that is being returned and a note explaining the reason for the return/exchange
