Return & Exchange Policy

It is the customer’s responsibility to check all products immediately upon receipt.

Damaged Merchandise

A maximum 30-day merchandise return policy is strictly enforced on all products damaged in shipment and begins the day the customer receives the merchandise. Visibly damaged boxes (merchandise) should be: 1) reported to the freight company at the time of delivery and 2) at the same time refused for return to Feminist Majority Foundation’s Support Center. Any other damaged or defective merchandise must be reported to the FMF Support Center at 866-462-6321 and returned to the Support Center within 10 days of receipt.

Returns & Exchanges

All customers must receive a Return/Exchange Authorization Number from our Customer Service Department PRIOR to returning any merchandise. Returns not accepted without authorization number.

Notification of intent to return or exchange must be made immediately upon receipt of merchandise. Please notify us immediately by telephone or fax at: (866) 462-6321 or FAX (252) 331-1728

• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

• Only unworn merchandise may be returned.

• All returns are subject to a minimum $1.65 per item return/restocking fee. The customer will have to pay for the additional shipping of the return or exchange item.

• All Refunds via credit card will be posted within 14 days.

• Any merchandise with dates cannot be returned post the imprint date.

• A copy of the invoice must be included with merchandise that is being returned and a note explaining the reason for the return/exchange
