FAQs

How do I confirm and track my order?
You'll receive two e-mails after you place your order. The first e-mail confirms that your order was received, and this e-mail should arrive within 24 hours. The second e-mail confirms that your order was shipped from our warehouse, and it will contain your USPS tracking number. This e-mail should arrive within 5 days after your order is processed.

Please Note: You will only receive one confirmation e-mail if you order a Ms. magazine membership. The magazine is mailed quarterly from our print house. It does not mail from our store warehouse.

How is my order shipped?
We ship USPS Priority Mail for all domestic and international* orders. The cost of shipping is calculated based on the weight and size of the items you ordered. Shipping costs will range from:

USA: $8.00 - $20.00
Canada: $31.85 - $69.50
International: $41.70 - $99.25

*International orders are billed in US Dollars and a $5 processing fee is added to the shipping cost.

Where do you ship from?
Most items are shipped from our New Hampshire warehouse within 5 days after an order is processed.

How fast is my order processed and shipped?
Orders placed on our website are processed the next business day. Orders placed Friday-Sunday are processed the following Monday. Once an order has been processed it will ship out within 5 business days.

How long will it take before my order arrives?
A domestic (USA) order should arrive in 7-10 business days once it has been shipped. International and Canadian delivery times vary, but usually take longer.

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We do not accept checks, cash or CODs.

How and where are your shirts made?
Our shirts are sweatshop free and made in the USA by companies like Royal Apparel and Bayside. We also use local screen printers.

What if the item I receive doesn't look like the one on your website?
Sometimes we have to substitute one t-shirt brand for another, and with that can come slight color and style variations. However, we do our best to keep our website images as close to the actual items as possible.

I ordered a Ms. magazine membership and my order confirmation says "shipping not required." What does that mean?
The "shipping not required" message means that your order does not contain any items that need to be shipped from our warehouse. The magazine is mailed quarterly through our print house and it delivers straight to your front door. You should receive your first issue within 6 to 8 weeks. Our warehouse holds all of the other feminist products that you see on this site.

I have a membership to Ms. magazine. What do I do if I want to change my address or report a problem with the delivery of my magazine?
You can fill out our online form located here. Or you can e-mail us at [email protected]. Please note that changing your address on the store website does not change your address in the magazine database. For CoAs, please use the methods above.
